My most recent collection of paintings were all painted from life.

Exploring fish and crabs on different plates and patterns.

I wanted to capture fun images, interplaying bold brushstrokes, bright colours and patterns. I worked from patterns that I had collected along with the V & A collection, printing interesting images and placing the fish on a clear Perspex sheet to enable me to work from life.
